We become The Currency
In June 2010 our parent company @www rebranded Iposoft to form us - The Currency.
We're a digital financial communications agency that has worked across corporate actions and transactions worth more than $300 billion, out of Australia and the United Kingdom for large corporations, government and investment banks.
We provide advisory services to drive investor engagement and uptake and we use digital channels to do this. Beyond our advisory capacity we utilise The Currency software platform (formerly Iposoft) to execute briefs entrusted to us.
Our areas of expertise span equity capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investor relations and corporate marketing.
Some of the corporate brands we have worked for includes BHP Billiton, Telstra, Seven Group and Thames Water while the investment banks we have worked alongside spans Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Bank, Merrill Lynch, RBS and UBS.
We believe investor acceptance of digital communication has reached a tipping point and is now the preferential channel for them.
Digital gives investors immediate access to information they need to make an informed decision while for corporations and financial intermediaries it significantly speeds up investor processes and significantly reduces costs from traditional paper based approaches.
