Lock icon Secure and fast: Hosted within The Currency's Tier-1 data centre, utilising high-speed redundant internet links, Iposoft provides high performance document delivery within highly secure fully hosted environment. If required, hosting can be provided to Australian Government DSD certification.
People icon Multi-level permissions: Flexible role based security allows for the control of access to all documents. Data room permissions can be set to control copying, printing and the insertion of dynamic watermarks.
Reports icon User activity auditing and reports: Tracks and provides reporting for user activity within the data room including data room access and document access.
Calendar icon Calendar and contact list module: Provides optional collaborative modules which maintains a centralised deal calendar which provides email based meeting requests. Also provides a centralised and deal related contact list which can be fully searched or downloaded for offline viewing.
